The Belgian research study project ‘15Minutes4Me.com’ by Paul Koeck, MD on 9,291 patients from 101 countries with stress-related complaints (stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue and burn-out), demonstrates that 15 minutes of daily online mental training results in a progressive stress reduction, eliminating stress in 21 days while decreasing stress with 60% in 30 days and 70% in 49 days.
