Anxiety? Depression? Burnout? Stress related disorders? More than 5 000 patients helped themselves autotherapeutically via the online self-help program 15Minutes4Me.com while they were medically followed up by their own doctor. We discuss the results of a longitudinal descriptive study which analyzes the weekly evolution of 5 000 patients during the self-help program, and in addition a follow-up analysis after 1 to 4 years after following the self-help program. The average participant (median) reaches normal scores after 21 days, which is paired with halving the stress score and an increase of life happiness of around 40%.
