Article in Belgian newspaper "De Morgen" on the 21st of April 2012 Psychotherapist Paul Koeck has developed a software model to work on stress and burnout. By answering 24 short questions which replace therapy at a specialist, people become aware of their own behavior in fifteen minutes per day. They say that they feel 77 per cent less stressed after five weeks already. Burnout is, according to Koeck, a stage beyond depression. "Stress and depression are signals that one's body needs rest. When people then do not give the body this rest, they become fully exhausted, in which case we speak of a burnout." Burnt-out employees cost the economy millions of euros each year. "To get away for one week every three months, is the best way to prevent stress", Koeck decides.
