The Belgian research study project ‘15Minutes4Me.com’ by Paul Koeck, MD on 9,291 patients from 101 countries with stress-related complaints (stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue and burn-out), demonstrates that 15 minutes of daily online mental training results in a progressive stress reduction, eliminating stress in 21 days while decreasing stress with 60% in 30 days and 70% in 49 days.

A previous study presented at the 17th World Congress of Psychiatry, Berlin 2017 on 2.500 participants in the Lifelong Monitoring  Program demonstrates stable results over time.

4° How is the ‘15Minutes4Me.com’ research protocol designed?

The full program consists of 3 stages after the free self-test and registration

  1. The “Stress Reduction Program” where participants daily resolve their stress, discovering healthy habits
  2. The “Consolidation Program” where participants entrain daily healthy solutions into stable relapse preventive habits
